In case of defective merchandise

If you receive a DVD that is defective, I shall exchange the bad disc for a good one, provided:

1. You email me with the details of your PayPal transaction so that I can verify which customer you are.
2. You return the bad disc to me. The return address will be on the package you receive the DVD in, so hang onto it.
